It all began in 2020 during lockdown! I had been sitting on this concept of choreographed kettlebell training for a LONG time. During this challenging time, I sat down and began to create Krush! I wanted to get it approved to teach at the diamond resort fitness facility I had been teaching at. After many, many months - and a successful test launch with a handful of members - Krush was approved as a feature format!
